I have a Hanson bumper also that I can measure for you.
Post them here though for future people that need the info. :)

BTW, I believe, correct me if I am wrong, that Hanson stopped production of their kick-ass Bronco bumper.

I've heard great things about both. I don't think you can go wrong. I have an Atlas 3.8 in the trail rig. CB F*cking sucks it is a worthless expanse of band width. It's full of nothing but Nancy boys and weeping Mary's that are more concerned with feelings than anything even closely Bronco related. If you want to be put on a pedistal go to CB, if you want to be treated like eveyone else stick around an...

A Saginaw pump is far superior than the stock pump. You can get the adaptor bracket separately from many vendors as well as the pump. I got a rebuilt one at Napa - full warranty, with a dual return for my Hydroboost. I think I paid $85 part number: 20-8606. You can simply block off one of the return...

I don't want to misinterpret what you mean by "can't get the thing to fire up.."
What happens when you turn the key?
Nothing - silence?
Do you just hear a click and then nothing?
Does the starter turn but the engine doesn't catch?

I agree with FormerJughead, As Archimedes once said "Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world" With your steering locked, a breaker bar with 4 - 6 feet of pipe over it will greatly increase your mechanical advantage - it will break loose. Another tri...

Craig, with 33's your setup may be fine. On my daily driver with 33's, maybe my pump was going bad, but it whined like a little girl if I turned the steering wheel while the tires were stationary. I upgraded to a saginaw pump and problem solved. I don't think I need the converted F150 box on my dail...

What size tires are you running? Is your pump whining when you turn your wheels? The F150 4x2 box is stronger. It is approx. the same size as a stock box, so that is why it is popular. The mounting holes are different, but you can buy an adaptor mounting plate (West Coast Broncos or JBG). Also, if y...

I had similar issues with my first Bronco. I intended to reinstall the aux. tank, but I put in a high capacity main tank (BC's) and was happy with the driving range I achieved. I ended up cutting my rockers off (well, trimming them up high). Keep us updated on the floor pans. Any other concern areas?
