Update! Pulled the engine down and found blown head gasket as expected. I went ahead and pulled both heads because the right one wasnt torqued properly and 2 cylinders were starting to oblong the gasket. I noticed the pistons are 30 over and the block is the original. Very clean inside. This thing r...

1970 uncut Bronco For sale $3800.00 or best offer.

Bought a Bronco to make a street machine, but decided against it due to other projects that would be put off AGAIN. It is a 1970, uncut, 302 with a 3 on the floor. All stock as far as I can tell except for the floor shifter. Its been sitting for years. The guy I bought it from said it ran great when...

I did a t-5 swap in my wifes 67 half cab and she loved it right up to the day that she rolled it at 65mph. The bellhousing will not work. The mustang one will. You will need a flywheel from a mustang also, and it will need to be re-balanced. I think you need to remove weight to make it a 28 oz balan...

Ive redone it since then. If I could figure out how to post pics I would send some. It works better now and drives much better on the road. I triangulated the drop arms, and put heims on the shackles. Its much more stable and flexes just as well.

OK here is my(Tom) review of the wreck. I feel a little guilty because of the steering. We installed 6 or 8 years ago, a 2 wheel drive f-150 box on her Bronco with a standard drop pitman arm. It worked great, but the stock pitman arm on the 2wd box is shorter than the 4x4 pitman arm. This causes a q...

For all of you who haven't heard the story of my wreck, I just simply got sucked off a steep, sandy shoulder after hitting what I think was a rock (a fairly large one at that) sitting on the white line. Hi. Here is my input. Ive done this type of full width swap a couple of times. You dont have to move the frame mounted buckets. On the diff, side all you have to do is swap the little cups around to the inside. If I remember right you have to redrill one hole on each one. Loosen the c-bushing bolts ...

I've done it. It sucks because you have to split the carrier and make sure you dont build up too much weld so the carrier wont bolt back together. With the price and availability of a open carrier and a mini spool why would you want to weld it?
