Re: is it me??!

move to a new host required an update to the board. I will have to put links back to the old gallery and a few other things. will probably update theme to be a bit more bfix specific.

BTW, I also went ahead and increased the allowed dimensions and size for an avatar...now 15KB and 120 pixels in size. Hope that makes things easier to see/read/whatever.

Hey Gary, can you try to upload a new avatar? I believe I've fixed the issue. There was a problem with the file level permissions on the server. Should work now. Let me know if it doesn't work.

i was also able to do it with one set of 15" wheels (aluminum with 3.5" of BS) while the steel version would not (supposedly the same BS). The one thing i had to do for both was clearance the rod end about 1/4" to make them clear. HTH.

I don't have any problem viewing the images in the user galleries. You could try clearing your browser cache (temporary internnet files) and see if that helps. I've not had any issues with it. I was just looking at your album.

A lot of people will use some type of rubber or uhmw to isolate vibrations from the frame when tying the frame in to the cage. They'll use the material at the sandwich point. You'll also have the added benefit of strength at various points in the body where it previously didn't have much.

Well you need to resize a standard image down to something that is the size of an avatar. You can use the built-in Paint program to do this but it's not the most flexible.

If you need, PM me and you can email me the image and I can resize it for you at some point.

A trail runner in the woods? It's hard to say that 200HP and 400lb ft of torque is gonna do it you're star...

I'll assume you mean HP at the wheels and not at the flywheel? I'm thinking 300 would be about what I'd like for the weight and shape of an EB with a standard auto and 35's and 4.10s.

Additional server stuff...and if you want to help...

Well I thought I'd send a quick update. I procured a server (older out-of-service unit but better than current) and need to purchase some larger SCSI hard drives for it. I think in total it'll be around $200 for everything. I have received several very nice responses asking if they could donate to h...

Server is dying a slow death...

There is enough bad sectors and data corruption on the OS partition that the server is slowly dying. It's run 24 hours a day for the past 6.5 years and it is now restarting itself unexpectedly and occasionally not coming back. I'm working on a replacement but it's just gonna happen when I can get it...

Server maintenance tonight...

I've gotta do some fixing of a few issues on the server that have caused some data corruption. I'll be taking the server down for a while tonight and hopefully it'll be back up by the morning.

If not, i'll have a lot of work to do. :D

Sorry for the inconvenience.
