ok we are getting ready to rebuild a 79 cj7 jeep again coming out of it scout dana 44 frt with ford knuckles out and brakes 4.11 and trac loc set up for ford radius arms and coils was also set up for leafs springs had knuckles rotated !!sale pending!! dana 60 rear 4.11 welded 30 spline with scout 44...

thats my next project to get my 351w rebuilt and back in I pulled it 4 years ago to rebuild and have been running junker motors since then this one has so much blow by it is pushing oil straight out dip stick tube all over pass. side everything

all the parts I used are chevy d60 they are more abundant and I didn't see any reason to cut up a hi pinion to make a hybird also the 5 lug hub rotors I used are aftermarket and available for the chevy dodge spindles I also have read that the chevy dodge knuckles are stronger than stock fords all th...

I hate to admit it but I used Jeep throttle cable on mine cj application v8 is just long enough and 6 cyl is extra long you will have to make bracket to bolt to intake

water pumps are not to hard as long as you can get the fan clutch loose its the style that has I large threaded stub that the fan clutch threads onto I have special wrenches to do it with but it can be done with out them also make sure you get the o-ring seals for the t-stat and water neck good luck...

when ever I setup gears I check  the contact pattern on both side and set it where patterns are acceptable on both sides and as far as my trail truck goes I run a deep  snug contact for max strenght it would be alittle  noisey on street but it never sees street I am building a hybird 9/60 this winte...

according to my ford book the 4v 351 w 69-70 where flat tops and all others where dished but my 69 2v 351 w came out of a mustang coupe all appeared stock and it had flat tops in it  I was unhappy when I had to bore it .030 over because there is very little selection back in the mid 80s for pistons ...

That's what I am building to put in mine 98 1 ton dodge frt diff I got $225 in. I will be shorting the long side removing disconnect the redoing hubs to be 5 lug I will see how the unitized brg and ball joints hold up I figure it got to be stronger than my 44 and the 98 up dodge Dana 60 has 33 splin...

2 joints on shaft and angle isn't bad at all but this is why i have box mount at a angle to the frame it reduced the angle of steering shaft and gives more clearence at the spring tower

I run a 435 205 in my 75 bronco it came out of a 78 bronco with 351 and is uses the 1310 CV joints so all i had to do was install the frt drive shaft and cut the rear down 3" and install the spline size between a 20 and 205 will not interchange if you can find CV shafts for the 1350 on you case have...
