Wiring Short

Can someone help me. I have a short and can't seem to find it. Not sure if the alternator is any good anyway. It was hand wired and only the essentials were installed. Please help I'm electrically illeterate..

The red wire is at fault

On Roger's truck it is always that damn blue wire. But then again, he only used blue wires.

someone let the smoke out of my alternator once and everything went nutty afterwards....had to install a seperate battery to run my subwoofers andhook up the charger every night. Maybe someone let the smoke out of your system somewhere.

Roger is FAR from illeterate.. maybe max rewired his rig last time he visited...
