Original Half Cab

Post by jprangenberg » Mon Jan 06, 2014 3:50 pm

Folks, I was just offered a half cab for sale. Honestly, I have never seen a half cab in person and I'm not sure if this is an original. The owner said that the back of this half cab uses the lift gate as the rear window and that sounds like a chopped hard top to me. Does anyone ever heard of Ford selling a half cab using the rear liftgate? Thanks for any feedback.

Don't even need a better picture -- chopped full top.

Yeah, never happened as far as I've seen. But it's a clever and cool idea. If it seals on the bulkhead, it would be a very trick setup.
