Hey harley. Welcome to broncofix.

Pretty sure we're going to need more info on what you bought, and what measurements, precisely, you're looking for.
For instance, what's a front cap?
Which door post? The striker post or the hinge post, or both?
What part of the floor? The whole thing?

And while it should theoretically be easy to get you those dimensions once we know exactly what you're replacing, any numbers we give are going to be "approximate" because there were enough variables that doing it without checking could lead to a door/windshield frame, or door/hard top gap that is not fixable without undoing half of what you just did. Not trying to be a smart alec on that point either. There's a TON of stuff on these rigs that is not precise.
There's a book we sell at WH (and probably the other vendors too) that might give you the dimensions as they were engineered (http://www.wildhorses4x4.com/product/Ford_Bronco_Body_Interior_Assembly_Manual_6670yr) but I haven't looked into it in so long, I don't remember if it's got all the dimensions, or just some.
There are some charts posted up here in the past too, that show a lot of things like the door gaps and such, but not sure if they go into the floor pan area or not. I'm sure someone will have them handy and post up a link for you to check out.

Good luck. Replacing rust is not fun. But it can be very rewarding. But replacing rust that was already replaced incorrectly can be a real adventure!

Paul

Everybody that uses it seems to like POR-15, other than the mess they sometimes get themselves into and trying to clean it up afterwards. Not familiar with x13 though. Same company, or different?
The POR-15 seems to go on thick enough to cover small blemishes all by itself, and leaves a very durable finish. Never used it myself though, so will let others comment in more detail.

Good luck with the resto.

Paul
