Thanks Everyone

Post by Formerjughead » Thu Aug 30, 2018 9:39 pm

Last Sunday, 08/26/18 at about 8 AM, I realized my Bronco had been stolen. Notified the Police and at about 830 I posted to Facebook what had happened. At 1030 a person reached out and gave me information regarding where my Bronco was and who had taken it.

It took until Tuesday 8/28 to put all the pieces together.

Long story short: I got it back and it is none the worse for wear. I even got jammed up when I was dragging it home by someone who had seen the posts on facebook.

In 2 days that post had been shared 2,800 times. everywhere from San Diego to Seattle and Rhode Island.
So, as evil and vile as Social Media can be; it does have it's good points.

The guy who stole my Bronco did not go to jail for stealing my Bronco, however; he went to jail because he stole my Bronco.

Thanks again

Me too Stan.....just got the ignition figured out so I can get it to the shop and get the insurance guy to look at it. Nothing too serious, puking tranny and some jacked up electrical. Not sure what else until I get it off the ground.
