I just put in a new carpet kit and am now looking for some protection for it. I would like to put in some rubber mats like husky liner or weathertech, but have not found anything yet. Does anyone know a source for these large molded mats for the EB's?

Thanks
Chris

It's called Line-x and it replaces carpet with one big mat. I don't think there is much of a market for EB and laser measured molded mats. More of a modern day soccer mom car thing.

Yeah, the Husky and McNeil companies aren't too responsive to the need. It's the big markets they want first. Unless you're going to make a very large investment for them to recoup tooling costs, it's not likely to happen any time soon.

At one time, we did try some different Husky Liners in our EB's and (if I remember correctly) found that the full-size Bronco liners actually fit pretty good on one side. A little too vague in the information department to do you any good of course, but I know it's possible to get close.
Maybe make a few comparisons of other trucks that you can find (dealer or junkyard) and see what's close. Been too long since I had access to a warehouse full of parts to try on for size, so am not much help.

Good luck. I'd like to do that same thing for both my EB and my Regal. Just haven't had the time or inclination recently to research it.

Paul

Huskyliner is different from EB especially when it comes to the construction and design. Did you manage to find a full-size floor liner for your Bronco?
