All,
My first post. Usually I can find what I want on old posts but cannot seem to get an answer this time. I am building a 427 stroker which will be in the 550hp range. My local dyno shop guy I use for questions of this sort has told me my current headers will not be adequate. I Am currently running ceramic coated headers from Duff , 1.5" primaries into 2.5" collectors. I need to have at least 1-5/8 or 1-3/4 primaries and 3 " collectors. I have spoken with several guys to build custom headers and they are in the $1700-$2000 range. My question is has anyone used any off the shelf headers for a performance motor and if so which ones. I am running built C4 and Atlas t-case. Thanks for any guidance you can provide.

BCBroncos was in the proccess of making some beefy headers years ago- not even sure if they are still around (I think I heard Chuck closed his doors or something)...I may even get a bashing for bringing them up Cool Laughing

Shawn, now you just need to punch yourself in the face! If we wanted to talk about D-Bags we would discuss Saddleup! 2 guns firing

Long story, should've been here, do some searching. Ask Stan I hear he is BCs biggest fan.

Me ? - I thought I was the last to fall in line on BCs?
I thought Chuck retired last summer - turned the business over to his kid ??
